The surface of the pot is hand hammered copper producing superior conductivity and heating properties than flat sheets of copper. The pot is also made out of 2mm thick copper allowing for an even distribution of heat throughout the copper pot. With a height of 19cm it is perfect for cooking stock, soups or pasta this stunning pot will be handed down for generations.
