During sale and holiday periods, we experience a higher volume of orders, which may impact our usual dispatch and shipping timelines. While we work diligently to pack and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, please note that delivery services may also experience delays during these busy times.

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 9am (local EST time) on business days will be dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 9am they will be dispatched the following business day.

We provide international shipping services to bring our products right to your doorstep, no matter where you are. International shipping costs from Australia are $25 for orders less than $1000, and free for orders over $1000 (excluding furniture and lighting items).

For Pre-Order & Made to Order items the expected shipping times are displayed on the product page. When your item is close to being shipped to you we will notify you of the expected delivery date. Free shipping is offered on all Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items over $100 (excluding furniture items, across Australia).

We use tracked Australia Post or DHL services on all orders. To facilitate a seamless shopping experience, we request the following customer information on all orders; Customer Name, Shipping Address, Contact Email, Contact Phone Number.

Shipping costs for furniture items will be calculated at the time of placing your order. Our team will ensure you receive the most accurate shipping quote.
