Handcrafted in Italy, family owned brand Navarini Rame bring you an artisanal 26cm Sauté pan. The surface of the pot is hand hammered copper producing superior conductivity and heating properties than flat sheets of copper. The pot is also made out of 2.5mm thick copper allowing for an even distribution of heat throughout the copper pan.
- Gas and electric stove top. Not suitable for induction. 
- Oven Safe up to 220℃

- Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect your product's cooking performance. To keep exterior looking new, use a copper polish or combination of lemon and salt.
